We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on Assistant Manager with a passion for fashion to support the store manager in leading a dynamic team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As our Assistant Manager, youll play a key role in driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations

Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and deliver great service

Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and cash handling

Resolve customer issues with professionalism and positivity

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Help recruit, train, and develop new team members

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

1+ year of retail management experience

Strong communication and people management skills

A customer-first attitude and a passion for retail

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Organized, Self-Starter, Results -driven

Assistant Manager Benefits:

Base salary of $38 - $45K commensurate with experience (paid hourly for a 40 hour work week)
