Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion.
• Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
• Responsible for training and development of all team members.
• Role model and coach and hold accountable for standards.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• One or more year of management experience preferably in a fashion forward boutique
• Familiarity and comfortability with sales in excess of $2 million annually
• Supremely organized and extremely good at multi tasking
• Passion and can-do mindset

Assistant Manager Benefits

• A base salary of $38 to $45K commensurate with experience (paid hourly for a 40 hour work week)
• 2 weeks of PTO plus closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas
