Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage target audiences and achieve business objectives.
• Utilize advanced email marketing platforms to design and implement campaigns, ensuring high delivery and engagement rates.
• Craft visually appealing and responsive HTML emails that align with brand guidelines and resonate with recipients.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and maximize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email marketing efforts with broader CRM and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance customer databases to improve segmentation and targeting.
• Lead strategic planning for email marketing, setting clear goals and KPIs to measure success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve email marketing performance.
• Manage Adobe Campaigns and other tools to streamline campaign workflows and automate processes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a proven track record of strategic execution and measurable impact.
• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Campaigns.
• Proficiency in designing and deploying campaigns using advanced email marketing platforms.
• Strong skills in HTML email development and creating responsive, visually appealing designs.
• Proven track record of conducting A/B testing and analyzing data to improve campaign performance.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with business goals.
• Knowledge of email marketing regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
