DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic, community- focused Marketing Assistant to join our team at Chick-fil-A Austintown. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both creative planning and professional social relationships. This role will require both helping to develop and execute local marketing strategies that grow sales, deepen community connections, and create memorable experiences for our guests - while living out our mission of serving with care. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Helping execute our local marketing calendar of events aligned with business goals and seasonal opportunities.Use guest responses and sales data to determine adjustments needed to increase effectiveness of marketing events and promotions.Help to plan, coordinate, and execute community events inside of the restaurant, (seasonal events, birthday parties, family nights, community care night fundraisers,) and offsite events (school partnerships, cow in the community, festivals, catering events.)Continue to build and maintain relationships with local schools, businesses, churches, and organizations to create mutually beneficial partnerships.Represent Chick-fil-A Austintown at external events in a professional, caring, and honest manner.Maintain an organized record of contacts, event outcomes, and calendar opportunities.Utilizing Canva to create designs that align with Chick-fil-A Brand standards of visual and creative design.Capture and edit social media postings that align with both Chick-fil-A standards and Marketing Director preferences.Inspire team members to participate in and promote marketing effortsPLEASE NOTE: The responsibilities of this job increase and decrease week to week dependent on the event calendar.
