- Optimize on-site search functionality and digital navigation to improve content discoverability and relevance
- Implement and refine content personalization strategies to deliver targeted, user-specific digital experiences
- Utilize web analytics tools to monitor performance, generate actionable insights and guide strategic decisions
- Develop dashboards, reports and presentations to communicate user behavior trends and performance metrics to stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications
Required Experience
- Two years in customer data management, personalized content delivery or search optimization
- Working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Data Platform (CDP) or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) systems
- Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, human experience design, digital design, digital marketing, user experience (UX) design, communications tech and design, communications technical or professional writing, information technology, computer science, data analytics, or a related field; four additional years of experience (for a total of six years) may substitute for a Bachelor's Degree
- None
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript or a similar scripting language
- Running A/B and multivariate tests and implementing personalized content strategies
- Working in a higher education or public sector environment
- Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO)
- Awareness of data privacy and governance practices
