Education Rights Institute Grant Writing Assistant

The Education Rights Institute (ERI) at the University of Virginia School of Law is seeking a motivated student who is eager to assist with grant writing related to expanding equal educational opportunities for K-12 students.

The position requires excellent writing skills, proactive engagement, and effective collaboration. Prior grant writing, fundraising, or reviewing experience is preferred. To learn more about the institute, visit law.virginia.edu/education.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning with ERI staff
  • Find grant opportunities aligned with ERI
  • Draft and review Letters of Interest and grant application materials

Hourly Rate: $20/hour

Minimum Requirement: UVA Graduate Student
