drives revenue marketing initiatives across Consumer Events, Subscriptions, Membership, Commerce, and Box Continuity. We are seeking an
Event Marketing Project Manager
with proven experience in overseeing operations and production in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will lead project management for all
consumer-facing events
across iconic brands including
The New Yorker, WIRED, Vogue, Teen Vogue,
and
Allure . This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless planning, production, and delivery of marketing activations that generate revenue, strengthen brand engagement, and expand audience growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee project management for all consumer events, driving revenue generation and audience growth. Partner with
Event Operations & Production, Programming & Editorial, Creative Directors & Designers, Brand Marketing & Sales, Technology, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams . Manage execution of
multi-channel creative marketing assets
for events including: Attendee invitations Site ads Video sizzles Website refreshes Ticketing promotions Paid and organic social campaigns CRM/partner/subscriber email communications Support Event Audience Lead with additional tasks, such as sponsor logo/agenda website updates and customer/attendee support. Review project briefs and requirements to ensure alignment with
marketing and revenue goals . Develop and maintain a
monthly reporting process
to quantify creative output and revenue impact, making recommendations for improvements. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned, on-task, and on-budget when delivering multiple projects with tight deadlines. Lead
status meetings
to provide updates, track priorities, and resolve issues. Take a
data-driven, performance-focused approach
to project managementanticipating challenges, proposing optimizations, and streamlining processes. Required Experience & Skills 8+ years of project management experience
in a fast-paced, creative marketing and/or event-driven environment. Strong background in
Event Marketing within the media industry
(preferred). Demonstrated ability to manage projects
on brief, on budget, and on time . Deep expertise in
multi-channel marketing project management , direct response marketing, and brand campaign development. Flexible, detail-oriented, and highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong
strategic and tactical mindset capable of leading big-picture planning while managing execution details. Proactive, problem-solving approach with strong analytical thinking. Technical proficiency with: Project Management Tools : AirTable, G Suite Design Tools
(familiarity preferred): Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects
