Property Soar is seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support business growth. You will work closely with our internal teams to promote our property offerings and company mission across various channels—excluding social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company goals

  • Manage marketing materials including brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and direct mail

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities

  • Coordinate and attend industry events, networking functions, and property expos

  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations, development) to maintain consistent messaging

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies

  • Ensure branding guidelines and tone are consistently applied in all marketing efforts

  • Oversee print advertising, community outreach, and partnership marketing

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in real estate or property-related industries

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans

  • Knowledge of marketing tools such as CRM platforms, email marketing software, and analytics dashboards

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
