Position Summary
The Coordinator of Enrollment will promote the college in order to increase student enrollment; coordinate recruitment activities with area high schools; supervise the college's general and specialized recruiters, provide informational materials and services to prospective students, counselors, and the community at large. Provide advisement during registration, enrollment periods and throughout the year. Must adhere to a flexible work schedule and perform other job-related duties as directed by the President, Dean of Student Affairs and the Associate Dean of Enrollment and Retention. Works collaboratively across the College to serve as the institution's chief Customer Relationship Management (CRM) administrator. This position requires a unique and specific skillset including, but not limited to, possessing the functional knowledge of all student services areas, the technicalities of enrollment management and the technical skills required to maintain the technology systems required for student services to operate effectively.
Salary:
Appropriate placement on the Alabama Community College System Salary Schedule C3-2: (Salary range: $45,555 - $95,629 Annually)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Promote the college to increase enrollment. Train and supervise the college's recruitment staff. Establish recruitment and enrollment goals in conjunction with the President and department leadership. Prepare and maintain recruitment and enrollment data. Collaborate with the Coordinator of Advising to organize new student assemblies and orientations. Ensure contact with area principals, counselors, and teachers. Attend or help to make sure career programs are attended in the service area. Accommodate tour groups on campus. Coordinate recruiting responsibilities on each campus. Visit schools in the service area. Assure prospective students receive college publications when requested. Establish a system for tracking prospective students and students who do not return-retention-based activities. Communicate with instructors regarding continual retention patterns. Ensure staff is available to assist with the awarding of scholarships. Develop and/or assist the Associate Dean of Enrollment and Retention and the Dean of Student Affairs with creation and approval of promotional brochures, posters, folders, calendars, and other items used for recruitment. Serve as chief CRM administrator for the College. Create communication campaigns through the College's CRM platform. Develop reports using the College's CRM platform. Work with departments at the College to create communications for enrollment, recruiting, and retention. Develop a communication calendar for enrollment, recruiting, and retention each semester. Provide training for employees on the TargetX CRM platform. Create and maintain a departmental Policies and Procedures manual. Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited university/college is required. Demonstrated experience in enrollment management and recruiting is
required . Three (3) years of full-time experience in student affairs at the postsecondary level is required. Experience working in Banner is required. Experience working in the Recruitment Manager and Retention Apps of TargetX is required. Demonstrated ability to speak to large audiences is
