As Manager, Brand PR for BWW (Inspire Brands), you will support external PR activities, develop and implement campaigns to increase awareness, generate buzz, and enhance engagement, positioning BWW as a culturally relevant brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in earned media, brand activation, experiential events, influencer & sports marketing, with a focus on millennial and Gen Z audiences. This role reports to the VP of Brand PR and is based in Atlanta. Responsibilities:
PR Campaign Development:
Create strategies aligned with BWW’s priorities, including new menu launches, promotions, and partnerships. Earned Media Authority:
Generate innovative ideas that resonate with the audience and keep the brand culturally relevant. Agency Management:
Oversee external agencies, ensure effective communication, campaign delivery, and budget adherence. Writing:
Draft press releases, media pitches, campaign copy, and briefing documents. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with marketing and external partners to execute campaigns, demonstrating strong project management skills. PR Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and adapt strategies accordingly. Budget Management:
Manage campaign budgets, forecast, and plan for future initiatives. Requirements:
4-year degree in Communications, PR, or relevant field (preferred) 8+ years in Communications, PR, or Marketing Agency experience preferred Operational discipline with ability to manage from idea to execution Creative, strategic mindset with a passion for culture and relevance Strong instincts for headline-generating ideas Experience with social media, brand marketing, and agencies Excellent writing skills Basic knowledge of sports Travel required: 25% (domestic) Inspire is a multi-brand restaurant company with over 33,000 locations including Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC.
