Full-Time (40 hours per week) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Marketing Director
to lead all marketing and communications initiatives for a rapidly expanding law practice focused on nursing home negligence. This individual will be responsible for strengthening the firm’s brand, reputation, and visibility across both local and national markets through thoughtful digital strategies, media engagement, and community outreach. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee the firm’s overall marketing strategy.
Manage online presence and reputation, including reviews, social media engagement, and inbound inquiries.
Create and coordinate content initiatives in collaboration with attorneys and staff, including social media, press releases, blogs, and digital campaigns.
Cultivate relationships with local and national media outlets; identify newsworthy cases and proactively secure coverage.
Lead community outreach efforts to further the firm’s visibility and mission.
Monitor compliance with legal advertising regulations and ethical guidelines.
Track and analyze performance of marketing initiatives to ensure measurable outcomes and effective resource allocation.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong background in media relations and digital marketing.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex legal issues into compelling public messaging.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills Familiarity with the legal industry, particularly personal injury or elder law.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
Established media contacts and proven success in generating earned media coverage.
