A small, high-performing boutique wealth management firm in Towson, MD is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Specialist to support its client acquisition efforts. This is a part-time hybrid W-2 employee position, requiring regular in-office work, approximately 10 to 15 hours per week.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive, behind-the-scenes capacity—booking meetings, taking notes, updating records, and helping the CEO stay on track with new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact warm leads by phone and email to book meetings with potential clients
  • Take detailed notes during internal meetings related to client acquisition
  • Enter and update data in proprietary tools such as:
  • TARR (The Annual Referral Rate) – tracking client referrals
  • TRF (The Relationship File) – maintaining personal relationship details
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up on key action items
  • Keep client acquisition reports updated and organized
  • Support the CEO in managing progress related to prospect engagement
  • Track and report status of meeting activity and next steps for follow-up

Ideal Candidate

  • Holds an Associate’s degree or higher
  • Has a degree in Mass Communication or is actively pursuing one
  • Comfortable speaking with people in person or over the phone and writing professional emails
  • Highly organized, accurate with data, and attentive to detail
  • Able to manage multiple moving parts without losing track of follow-ups
  • Proactive and self-motivated—able to take initiative and stay on task with minimal supervision
  • Familiar with or quick to learn CRMs, spreadsheets, and digital documentation tools
  • Maintains professionalism and discretion, especially with confidential client information
  • Status: W-2 Employee
  • Hours: 10–15 hours per week
  • Location: Hybrid – must be available to work on-site regularly in Towson, MD
  • Compensation: Based on experience
