Sports Endeavors is hiring: Video Content Producer in Hillsborough

Sports Endeavors (SEI), home of Soccer.com and WorldSoccerShop, is seeking a passionate and driven Video Content Producer to join our team. With the sport’s biggest event coming to North America in 2026, there’s never been a more exciting time to join us in delivering creative storytelling that inspires soccer players and fans across the nation.

As the nation’s leading soccer retailers, Soccer.com and WorldSoccerShop are central to the game in the U.S. In this role, you’ll harness your passion for soccer and your creative production skills to craft dynamic, engaging video content that connects with millions of fans and elevates our brands during a pivotal moment in American soccer history.

What You’ll Do

Bring Soccer Stories to Life

Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to concept and produce video content that highlights key product launches and seasonal campaigns tied to the Soccer.com content calendar. Build upon our proven formats while developing fresh approaches across our video series, including but not limited to:

• Helpful product reviews and gear buying guides
• Exclusive interviews and challenges with star professional players
• Skill spotlights and training tips for all levels of the game
• Celebrating our community of youth players, coaches, and parents

Lead the Production Process

Own every phase of content creation — from planning shoot logistics and coordinating talent to directing on set and editing polished final cuts that resonate with audiences.

Optimize for Maximum Impact

Work closely with channel managers to ensure every shoot delivers a full suite of assets tailored for organic engagement and paid performance across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.

Innovate and Elevate

Push the boundaries of our storytelling by proactively researching emerging video formats, trends, and platform features to keep our content fresh and competitive.

Your Experience & Skillset

• 3-5 years of experience in video production and editing. A portfolio/reel showcasing your work is required.
• Proficiency in shooting video with DSLR & Mirrorless cameras (specifically Sony A7 III).
• Experience with digital audio recording equipment and setting up LED lighting for in-studio shoots.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud editing software: Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with gimbals, camera stabilizers, and drones is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to take initiative, find solutions, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for soccer and/or experience playing at a competitive level is a valuable asset.
