Hours: 40/week (CT)

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Eden Prairie, MN)

Duration: 4-5 months

Pay: $35-$40/hr

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic marketing professional to join a specialty pharmacy team dedicated to delivering impactful and innovative marketing strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the unique marketing needs of the specialty pharmacy team by developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives.
• Create, update, and implement a wide range of marketing materials, including patient educational resources, tear sheets, buck slips, brochures, presentation decks, print collateral, digital content, and other materials as required.
• Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues, digital marketing specialists, and project managers to support consumer marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness and driving prescription growth.
• Coordinate creative projects in partnership with Creative Services to ensure high-quality and consistent output.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials to strengthen brand identity and enhance market presence.
• Provide support for additional marketing initiatives as needed to achieve strategic business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Marketing or Communications role.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or pharmacy industries is highly desirable. Familiarity with Workfront project management software is a plus.
• Previous experience working with large healthcare organizations or similar entities is advantageous.

• Strong ability to clarify, manage, and prioritize multiple deliverables effectively to meet deadlines. Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-starter mindset combined with proven team collaboration capabilities.
