Benoit’s Design Co. is a family-run creative studio in Maine, crafting vintage-inspired felt pennants, banners, etched glassware, engraved maps, and archival art prints. Our work celebrates nature, recreation, hometown pride, and nostalgic Americana. Every piece is handmade in small batches, reflecting our love of family, craft, and storytelling.

We’re looking for aSocial Media Coordinator Content Creatorwho can help us share that story with the world.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, create, and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest
• Capture and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and lifestyle photography featuring our products
• Write fun, on-brand captions that connect with our audience
• Brainstorm creative campaigns around product launches, holidays, and community stories
• Manage posting schedules and engagement (comments, DMs, shares)
• Stay on top of social media trends, bringing fresh and creative ideas to the table
• Collaborate with our small but mighty team to highlight new designs, behind-the-scenes stories, and wholesale opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience creating engaging social content (portfolio or examples required)
• Strong photography and video skills (shooting & editing)
• Creative eye for storytelling and design, aligned with our nostalgic, outdoorsy brand vibe
• Knowledge of current social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm best practices
• Ability to work independently and bring ideas to life
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
