Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant with a strong background in graphic design to support our marketing initiatives and event coordination efforts. This role will be instrumental in creating branded materials, supporting social media campaigns, and assisting with the planning and execution of internal and external events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing & Graphic Design:
- Design marketing collateral including flyers, social media graphics, email templates, event signage, and print materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Assist with maintaining brand consistency across all digital and print assets.
- Support content creation for social media, newsletters, and website updates.
- Collaborate with vendors, printers, and partners to produce and distribute marketing materials.
Event Coordination Support:
- Assist with pre-event planning including assembling event kits, managing supply lists, and preparing branded giveaways.
- Help with on-site event setup and breakdown (signage, booths, banners, etc.).
- Capture event photos and video content for post-event marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain an organized library of marketing assets and design files.
- Track inventory of promotional materials and reorder as needed.
- Monitor performance metrics for campaigns and social media when requested.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, design, or event support (internships count!).
- Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in event planning or promotional marketing is a plus.
- Photography/videography or basic editing skills are a bonus!

- Ability to lift or move items up to 25 lbs during event setup is preferred.
- Some evening or weekend availability may be needed for event coverage.
Schedule: This position is ON-SITE in our Fort Lauderdale office, with no remote/ hybrid schedule. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
