Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to maximize the performance of each social channel. Our current platforms include YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Create and manage social media calendar and creative calendar including objectives, integrated timeline, copy, hashtag, and creative assets
  • Think out of box to innovate, draft, publish and share engaging content across social platforms daily to ensure content diversity and density
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of user acquisition, reach, impression, reposting, shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance across channels, provide weekly and monthly report with learnings, opportunities, and insights; manage paid social budget
  • Responsible for the social promotion for all marketing projects and influencer programs
  • Actively partner with internal creators and source new influencers to support brand growth and social content creation
  • Build and moderate social media communities by responding to and monitoring comments, messages and increasing engagement
  • Monitor and analyze market and industry trends, emerging influencers, and competitor performance to strategize on company’s marketing activities
  • Work with cross-functional teams including creative team, user operation team, legal, finance, PR to develop joint marketing plans based on market trends and competitors

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of social media management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Discord and other social media best practices
  • Strategic thinking for developing effective marketing campaigns and influencer programs
  • Content development experience including creative concepting and copywriting
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple social channels concurrently
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from social media metrics and marketing data
  • Tech-savvy for creating visuals if necessary – graphic design and video editing skills preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
  • Bachelor's degree and above in marketing, media, public relations or related field
