Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in media relations, public relations, or multimedia journalism
  • Ability to produce photo, video, and written content
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of local and regional media landscape
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of AP Style and media best practices
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, and social media preferred

  • Act as media liaison
