What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead 3 to 4 teams in developing high-level strategies and executing media, influencer, and social media initiatives
- Manage PR programs from kickoff through to achieving goals, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction
- Generate and edit various PR materials, including press releases, award submissions, and client communications
- Maintain direct reports, assist in their development, and conduct performance reviews
- Participate in new business processes, including identifying targets and presenting at pitches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or a similar role within the technology industry
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with media, particularly in business and influencer sectors
- Exceptional writing skills with experience in generating diverse PR materials
- Strong client management skills and a deep personal investment in client success
- Ability to manage teams effectively and inspire others in a fast-paced environment
