$17.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Associate Sales Manager Opportunity

Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00/hour (includes commission).

We are seeking an experienced Associate Sales Manager to oversee daily operations at our innovative fitness studio. You will lead a small team, manage staffing and scheduling, and drive our sales and marketing efforts. Your role will focus on retaining and growing our membership base through effective lead generation, community outreach, and exceptional customer service.

Key Qualifications

• Management and leadership experience.
• Proven sales experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in B2B marketing and partnerships.
• Proficient in social media marketing.
• Customer service experience (3+ years preferred).
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Dynamic and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations as directed by owners.
• Coach and train sales staff while achieving personal and studio sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a positive environment.
• Support members in maximizing their workout experiences.
• Engage in networking and community events to attract new members.
• Manage social media and create organic marketing content.
• Conduct follow-ups with guests and members, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and operational fitness studio, ensuring all procedures are followed.
