Your role as a Taziki’s Local Store Marketer:

• Be an ambassador for our service, menu, story, and culture
• Serve as a liaison between the restaurant(s) and the community
• Drive sales by inviting guests into the store
• Promote Taziki’s Careers in the community to help attract applications
• Be knowledgeable about the menu and its health benefits
• Introduce services such as catering, community service, and employment opportunities
• Capture moments for digital marketing
• Ensure the store is prepared for new promotions with the correct marketing materials
• Teach store associates suggestive selling and brand promotion skills
• Conduct food drops to local businesses, charities, and schools weekly
• Engage joyfully with guests at the restaurant and catered events
• Manage social media outlets using Taziki’s resources
• Maintain full knowledge of standard and catering menus
• Coordinate food shows and attend catering and goodwill events
• Represent brand culture and identity professionally
• Manage community and charity partnerships
• Display a professional attitude and respect for coworkers, the establishment, and the brand

The ideal candidate:

• 2-3 years of sales or marketing experience preferred but not required
• Must maintain a clean driving record
• Proficient with Google Suite and quick to learn new software
• Motivated, self-initiated, and team-oriented
• Detail-oriented and self-disciplined
• Responsible and dependable
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to earn trust and build relationships
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Working conditions and hours:

• Monday-Thursday 10am-3pm
• Occasional nights and weekends for events
• Typically 20-30 hours per week
• Local travel required within the DFW market (Dallas, Las Colinas, Plano, Southlake)

Physical requirements:

• Sitting, walking, standing, carrying/lifting (with or without accommodation)
