We are seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running profitable ad campaigns, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies that maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook/Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network) .

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Create compelling ad copy, creatives, and testing variations to improve CTR and conversion rates.

Monitor daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to maximize ROI.

Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.

Track, measure, and report campaign performance with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other reporting tools .

Manage and optimize conversion tracking, pixels, and event setup .

Stay up to date with PPC trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align paid strategies with overall brand goals.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.

Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and other key PPC metrics .

Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics .

Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and advanced targeting strategies .

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Knowledge of landing page optimization, funnels, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) .

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.

Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
