What You'll Do: In the role of Seasonal Fashion Sales Associate, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for our guests every time they shop with us. Your responsibilities include: Providing warm and positive interactions with guests, initiating conversations in a genuine and fun manner. Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our boutique point-of-sale system. Supporting stock management, including assisting with physical inventory. Staying informed on product knowledge, current trends, and boutique promotions to inspire our guests. Helping maintain a visually appealing boutique through recovery and replenishment of products. Collaborating with the leadership team to implement company initiatives while prioritizing our guests’ needs. Following company policies and procedures closely. This seasonal position is designed to last until January 9, 2026, but may conclude sooner based on business needs and your performance. Position Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Capability to perform with urgency in a fast-paced environment. A positive and enjoyable attitude toward the professional work environment. Physical Requirements: Ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom—this includes repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
