While guest experience is your primary focus, you'll also be involved in the following responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions using our boutique point-of-sale system. Assisting with inventory management and physical stock organization. Staying informed about product knowledge, current trends, and boutique promotions to inspire our guests. Helping maintain an inspiring boutique atmosphere through product recovery and replenishment. Collaborating with the leadership team to implement company initiatives while prioritizing our guests' needs. Complying with company policies and procedures to provide a smooth operation. Position Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the boutique's needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Capability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom effectively, with tasks involving bending, prolonged standing, twisting, squatting, and climbing.
