About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of University Marketing to lead strategic marketing and branding efforts with a focus on customer (student) acquisition, retention, and brand strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a multi-year enrollment marketing strategic plan, overseeing integrated media campaigns, and managing the university's website and new media to maximize recruitment and retention. This role requires a data-driven approach, the ability to tailor marketing strategies to institutional goals, and expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics. The Executive Director will also be expected to provide institutional leadership, manage a creative team, and support marketing activities among key stakeholders.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 7 years' of experience in enrollment marketing, marketing management, or advertising in higher education. The role demands a professional with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, who is adept at working with diverse communities.
