The Company is in search of an AVP of Product Marketing - Acquisition to spearhead the growth marketing strategy for its next-generation streaming products. This pivotal role is focused on driving subscriber growth, revenue optimization, and market expansion, particularly for genre-based and customizable subscription packs aimed at younger audiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end acquisition strategy, leading a cross-functional team, and shaping the company's go-to-market strategy for its digital offerings. Key responsibilities include architecting high-performance marketing plans, leading omni-channel campaigns, developing segmentation strategies, and establishing executive-level KPIs. The role demands a strategic and performance-driven individual with a proven track record in marketing strategy for subscription-based businesses, a deep understanding of audience segmentation, and a strong analytical, data-driven approach to growth.
Applicants for the AVP of Product Marketing - Acquisition role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in marketing, growth, or acquisition roles, with at least 8 years in senior executive leadership. A strong background in marketing strategy for subscription-based businesses, particularly within the streaming, SVOD, or digital media sectors, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to launch and scale products for younger, digitally native audiences, and possess exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. An established network within the streaming, media, and technology ecosystem is also a key qualification. A passion for the future of content, streaming, and consumer entertainment, along with a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to growth, is highly valued. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
