About the Role
We are actively seeking a dynamic Vice President of Product Marketing - Acquisition to lead our growth marketing strategy for cutting-edge streaming products. This strategic position is essential in driving subscriber growth, enhancing revenue, and expanding market presence, especially for genre-focused and customizable subscription offerings tailored for younger audiences. The ideal candidate will take charge of the complete acquisition strategy, manage a collaborative cross-functional team, and influence the company's go-to-market approach for its digital services. Key responsibilities include designing high-impact marketing plans, executing omni-channel campaigns, crafting segmentation strategies, and defining executive-level KPIs. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a performance-oriented mindset, backed by a proven track record in developing marketing strategies for subscription services, along with deep insights into audience segmentation and a strong analytical, data-driven approach to driving growth.
Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in marketing, growth, or acquisition roles, including at least 8 years in senior executive leadership positions. A rich background in marketing strategies for subscription businesses, specifically in the streaming, SVOD, or digital media domains, is crucial. The right individual will demonstrate a successful history of launching and scaling products targeted at younger, digitally-savvy consumers. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills at the executive level are essential. Additionally, a well-established network within the streaming, media, and technology sectors will be highly advantageous. We value a passion for the evolving landscape of content, streaming, and consumer entertainment, along with a commitment to a data-driven, test-and-learn growth methodology. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
