Marketing Specialist

Work Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm

We're seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with a love of technology to support pre-member marketing efforts during the critical open enrollment period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution (50%): Implement and deploy marketing assets using proprietary tools to target prospective members during open enrollment.
• Pre-Member Webinar Support (30%): Collaborate with the Webinar team to coordinate and conduct webinars for designated employee groups throughout open enrollment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%): Partner with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution during open enrollment.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting (5%): Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of open enrollment marketing campaigns, refining strategies based on performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Braze, Brite).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
