JOB TITLE: Social Media Manager

Overview

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee its presence across major platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Meta, X, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and others. This role is highly visible within the company and central to shaping how the brand connects with its audience online. The ideal candidate will be creative, strategic, and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a high-energy, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute social media strategies for brand campaigns, launches, and ongoing content.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution.
• Define content direction, tone of voice, and storytelling approaches.
• Oversee daily operations of both organic and paid content across multiple channels.
• Track trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep content relevant.
• Guide internal and external content creators, copywriters, and community managers.
• Review content calendars, ad copy, and performance reports.
• Coordinate asset development, including video, influencer content, and graphics.
• Analyze KPIs and optimize performance across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of social media experience, ideally in consumer-facing industries.
• Strong background in both organic and paid strategy.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns and partnerships.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
• Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Passion for social media, culture, and digital storytelling.

LOCATION: Long Island, New York (on-site)

COMPENSATION: $80,000 $110,000 DOE
