POSITION OVERVIEW

Were looking for a Social Media Manager with 35 years of professional experience to lead and execute multi-platform campaigns for our industrial B2B clients. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, strong project management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball. Youll work closely with our team in our Houston office up to 4 days per week to collaborate, strategize, and deliver exceptional results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple industrial B2B clients across LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content that aligns with each clientsbrand voice, goals, and target audience.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations toimprove engagement and ROI.
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, and content creators to deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, AI tools, and best practicesespecially in the B2B space.
  • Leverage HubSpot for campaign scheduling, tracking, automation, and reporting.
  • Manage multiple client accounts efficiently, switching between priorities as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 35 years of professional social media management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record with LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Instagram campaigns.
  • Experience with B2B content strategy, ideally in industrial sectors.
  • Experience using HubSpot for marketing and reporting.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage several client projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Canva design experience is a plus.
