About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Brand and Communications to lead the development and execution of strategic branding and communication initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with product marketing to drive brand messaging in the market and within the customer ecosystem. The VP will also be tasked with developing key performance indicators, scaling a high-performing marketing team, and ensuring the delivery of consistent, positive messages that align with the company's mission and identity.
Key responsibilities for the VP of Brand and Communications include leading the company's PR strategy, creating thought leadership content, and managing brand and category marketing campaigns. The role requires a strong background in B2B enterprise software marketing, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in marketing or communications, outstanding storytelling skills, and a proven track record in brand and category creation. They should be adept at managing multiple projects, be proactive, and have the ability to see the bigger picture while understanding the details of various campaigns. The VP will also be responsible for overseeing social media, content strategy, corporate messaging, and all external-facing events, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified brand story.
