About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Internal Communications to play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of effective communication strategies that enhance the organization's culture and support the successful implementation of its strategic plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams focused on internal and culture communications, as well as transition communications for strategic aspirations. This leadership position requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least 7 years' experience in leading a communications or public relations team, with a proven track record in delivering successful internal and external communication campaigns.
