The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a strong background in D2C growth for online training courses, eLearning, SaaS, and coaching services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer and client acquisition strategies that have led to significant growth, particularly through performance media, paid search, and direct response advertising. Expertise in the top of the online sales funnel, including the use of various marketing tactics such as email, video, and different forms of sales copy, is essential. The CMO will be responsible for leading a small, internal marketing and sales team, with a focus on brand awareness and directly sourced leads. A deep understanding of the customer journey and the ability to contribute to the transformation of operations, coaching, training, events, technology, data/analytics, sales, and customer service is also required.
Candidates for the CMO position at the company should have a background that includes working in senior marketing roles at multiple companies, with a history of driving profitable sales growth.
