About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President & Director of Property Management Marketing to lead and oversee the marketing and development activities for its residential and retail/commercial portfolios. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive tenant retention and acquisition, and support business objectives. This role involves managing a team of direct reports, engaging with outside agency partners, and working closely with senior leadership to establish KPIs, allocate resources, and craft marketing plans. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive marketing or business development experience, including 5 years in a leadership role within property management.
Key responsibilities for the Vice President & Director of Property Management Marketing include implementing data-driven marketing campaigns, monitoring market trends, and developing partnerships to expand brand visibility. The role also encompasses business development and leasing support, tenant and community engagement, and team leadership. The candidate should have a strong background in both residential and commercial retail property management marketing, with experience in third-party property management marketing being a plus. Proficiency in key PropTech platforms and relevant digital marketing certifications is required. The role demands exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to travel as needed.
