Staffbase is hiring a Enterprise UX Designer to help some of the world's most well-known brands reimagine the way they communicate with their employees. In this role, you'll blend technical design expertise with customer-centric consulting to create beautifully branded, accessible, and intuitive internal communication experiences using the Staffbase platform. You'll be a trusted partner to new and existing customers-guiding them through design workshops, UI/UX best practices, and front-end implementation ideas to ensure their comms channels are both visually engaging and aligned to their brand goals. From concept to delivery, your work will sit at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and product enablement. Important: This is a hybrid role based in our Minneapolis office. Core in-office days are Tuesday through Thursday, with a minimum expectation of 2 in-office day per week during those core days. What You'll Be Doing Design high-quality mockups and UI layouts for intranet and mobile applications, grounded in design best practices, accessibility standards, and user experience principles Lead design consultations with customers to align digital experiences with their brand identity, audience goals, and internal communication strategy Translate complex requirements into thoughtful UX/UI mockups and design proposals grounded in design thinking and user-centered principles Apply deep design knowledge to create accessible, intuitive, and scalable design solutions across web and mobile platforms Facilitate collaborative design and communication workshops with customer stakeholders and internal teams Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure a seamless and strategic onboarding experience Contribute to internal process improvements, design best practices, and advocate for the user's voice in product and strategy conversations Maintain expert-level knowledge of the Staffbase platform and design system to ensure consistency and feasibility across use cases What you need to be successful 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, visual design, or a related field with a strong foundation in user-centered design methodology and design principles Proven ability to lead end-to-end design projects-from discovery and ideation to final delivery-with measurable business and user impact A portfolio showcasing high-quality design work, with a focus on enterprise or internal communication tools Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and experience working within or contributing to design systems Solid understanding of accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders A strategic, customer-first mindset and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives What you'll get Competitive Compensation - we offer attractive salary packages including a Long Term Incentive Program Flexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of $1608 Growth Budget - all employees get a yearly budget for external training of $1100 Recharge - 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August to enjoy a summer break (Recharge Fridays) Wellbeing - Monthly Wellbeing Allowance ($40 USD), from fitness to mental health, hobbies to relaxation Support - we're offering a 401(k) plan with company match and health plans, including dental & vision. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Staffbase's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 base salary per year.
