Staffbase is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing team in North America. In this role, you'll play a critical part in how we run marketing globally, supporting the systems, processes, and reporting that connect our efforts to revenue. You'll work hands-on with our marketing tech stack, help drive operational projects forward, and collaborate across teams to ensure clean data, actionable insights, and scalable processes.This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational experience in marketing operations who is eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be part of a global, high-impact team that values clarity, ownership, and progress.Important: This is a hybrid role based in our Minneapolis-Saint Paul co-working space. Core in-office days are Tuesday through Thursday, with a minimum expectation of 2 in-office days per week during those core days.What You'll Be DoingSupport the day-to-day management of our marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Tableau), ensuring data quality and system accuracyAssist in executing campaign operations and processes that help teams scale efficientlyBuild and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insight into marketing performanceCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Analytics) to support projects and align on timelinesIdentify and flag gaps or inefficiencies in current workflows, and help implement improvementsMaintain documentation and process guides to support enablement and consistencyProvide regional support while ensuring global processes stay alignedWhat you'll need to be successfulExperience working with HubSpot and Salesforce and 6sense (or demandbase) Some experience using TableauAn understanding of core B2B revenue marketing principles like demand generation, ABM, and pipeline contributionA strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetComfortable turning complex requirements into clear, simple languageComfort working with data, platforms, and process documentationWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, scale-up environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills-you enjoy being a team player and working cross-functionallyAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projectsWhat you'll getCompetitive Compensation - we offer attractive salary packages including a Long Term Incentive ProgramFlexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of $1608 Growth Budget - all employees get a yearly budget for external training of $1100Recharge - 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August to enjoy a summer break (Recharge Fridays)Wellbeing - Monthly Wellbeing Allowance ($40 USD), from fitness to mental health, hobbies to relaxationSupport - we're offering a 401(k) plan with company match and health plans, including dental & vision.
