Your Responsibilities:
As an Advertising Account Executive, you will engage in:
- Prospecting and building lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
- Designing and executing tailored marketing campaigns
- Offering customized digital advertising solutions
- Creating and presenting innovative pitches and proposals
- Representing Cox Media within the local business landscape
- Involvement in budgeting and forecasting processes
Who You Are:
You thrive on making connections and love exploring new ideas. Your qualifications may include:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field along with two years of applicable experience; alternatively, a master’s degree and related experience; or six years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proven ability to drive new business and achieve sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- A motivated team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant area.
- Experience in media, marketing, advertising sales, or similar fields.
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles.
- Certifications such as Interactive Advertising Bureau and/or Google AdWords.
Salary and Benefits:
The position offers a base salary ranging from USD 28,600.00 to 42,800.00, with the possibility of annual incentives/commissions between USD 42,800.00 and 64,400.00. We offer flexible vacation policies and additional benefits, including paid wellness hours, bereavement leave, and parental leave.
