Leverage 10+ years of experience in high-volume full lifecycle staffing agency recruiting and sales, with a proven track record selling to Fortune 500 accounts. Build and close sales, negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes in complex project scenarios with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Lead major change efforts in strategic staffing and resourcing initiatives. Maintain excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and C-Level relationship management. Travel as required. Possess analytical problem-solving skills, strategic insight, and understanding of network products and technology. Plan and organize effectively, with familiarity in Salesforce being advantageous. Requirements
Same as responsibilities, emphasizing experience and skills in staffing, sales, consulting, and relationship management. Customer service orientation and good judgment in problem-solving and negotiations.
