We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Lead Montessori Guide to join our Children’s House classroom, serving children ages 3–6. The ideal candidate has some prior Montessori experience or knowledge and is eager to grow in their practice. We are proud to offer fully funded Montessori training to qualified candidates who are committed to embracing and applying the Montessori philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a purposeful, beautiful Montessori environment aligned with the needs of the children.
• Observe and guide children with respect, patience, and a deep understanding of their developmental needs.
• Foster a classroom culture of independence, responsibility, and love of learning.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and observations.
• Collaborate with a classroom assistant and school leadership to support a unified, supportive classroom environment.
