Job Overview

We’re seeking an Entry-Level Public Relations Assistant to join our growing events and outreach team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about PR, event marketing, and social impact.

In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of live campaigns that raise awareness and drive engagement for nonprofit organizations and mission-focused brands. Whether you’re launching your career in communications, community outreach, or nonprofit event planning , this position provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of local outreach events and pop-up brand activations
• Represent nonprofit clients at events, engaging with the public and communicating their mission
• Help with event setup , including branded signage, displays, and promotional materials
• Support the creation of clear, compelling public messaging and live event scripting
• Gather attendee feedback , track engagement data, and assist with campaign performance reporting
• Collaborate with the events and PR team to optimize outreach strategies and boost visibility

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flair for storytelling
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Willing to work flexible hours , including occasional weekends or evenings
• Passion for community-building , cause marketing , or nonprofit work
• Previous experience in customer service, event support, or promotions is a plus (but not required)
