This is an entry-level role with paid training and clear opportunities for career growth in PR, event marketing, and campaign management.

  • Participate in community engagement efforts to promote campaign goals and encourage donor support

  • Help craft compelling campaign messages, talking points, and promotional content

  • Distribute branded materials and manage on-site visual merchandising and displays

  • Track and report on event attendance, donor engagement, and inventory levels

  • Build relationships with vendors, venues, volunteers, and community partners

  • Analyze outreach results and provide feedback to help optimize campaign performance

Requirements

You’re a great fit if you are:

  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

  • Outgoing and confident in face-to-face public settings

  • Passionate about nonprofit work, public relations, or marketing

  • A proactive team player with a strong desire to learn

  • 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • High school graduate (some college preferred, but not required)

Benefits
  • Weekly pay + performance-based incentives

  • Paid training in public relations, nonprofit marketing, and event management

  • Career growth into roles in communications, brand strategy, and campaign leadership

  • Hands-on experience supporting national and local nonprofit initiatives

  • A collaborative, inclusive team culture focused on mentorship and impact

  • Optional travel opportunities to support campaign launches and special events
