Senior Communications Specialist
will be a key member of the Kraft Heinz Corporate Communications team, supporting media relations and social media initiatives across global and North America-based projects. They will collaborate closely with the Global Corporate Communications team and regional leadership. The
Senior Communications Specialist
will assist in developing and executing communication strategies and activation plans around key corporate projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and business strategy. What’s on the menu? Support storytelling efforts by communicating priority stories through various channels, including media pitching and social media. Develop and implement communication strategies for global and North American initiatives, such as innovation, manufacturing, digital transformation, financial updates, and sustainability. Assist in creating and executing executive visibility plans, enhancing leadership profiles externally, especially on LinkedIn. Manage project timelines and ensure milestones are met. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive effective communications. Manage partner/vendor relationships. Bring innovative storytelling ideas and challenge the status quo. Promote a culture of collaboration, visibility, safety, and trust. Be proactive in learning and going beyond comfort zones. Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field. Proficiency in media strategy and relations. Experience with social media strategy, content creation, and reporting, especially for executives. Ability to develop and execute executive visibility plans. Collaborative, daring, and proactive attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent project management skills. High integrity and compassionate orientation. Experience in food, beverage, or CPG sectors is a plus. Benefits start 30 days after hire for hourly employees and immediately for salaried roles. Salary Range:
$88,000 – $110,000 Bonus:
Performance-based, governed by company plan. Salary may vary based on location, experience, and other factors. Benefits include:
