Brookside is seeking an experienced Tax Credit Community Manager to lead our teams at Chapel Ridge of Jackson and Magnolia Landing. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company that offers stability, growth, and a supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Tax Credit (LIHTC) property management experience (required)
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, leasing, marketing, and collections
  • Leadership ability to manage and motivate office and maintenance staff
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with Entrata (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with LIHTC/TAX Credit regulations and reporting
  • Oversee property operations, financial performance, and occupancy goals
  • Monitor and manage delinquency, budgets, and expenses
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure housing/safety compliance
  • Lead hiring, training, and development of staff
  • Provide outstanding resident service and satisfaction
