Brookside is seeking a motivated, results-driven leader to oversee Chapel Ridge of Martin (96 apartment homes), a thriving tax credit community in Martin, TN. If you bring at least 5 years of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience and a passion for creating a positive resident experience, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience required
• Strong understanding of compliance, reporting, and affordable housing regulations
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide leasing and maintenance teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
