Videographer Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer and a Photographer to help our logistics client with an upcoming event. The Videographer and Photographer will be responsible for working in tandem to capture high-quality video and photo content that showcases their three-day event. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling, as well as experience with various filming equipment including drones and GoPro cameras for the Videographer. They are looking for two separate people (1 Photographer and 1 Videographer) that will collaborate and work together at the event. The event will take place September 15th through the 17th with pre-production work on the days prior. The client wants the raw photos and videos so editing will be needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute video and photo production of the event from start to finish.
• Videographer: Capture high-quality video footage using drones, GoPro, and other professional equipment.
• Photographer: Capture dynamic photos throughout the live corporate event, including action shots and candid moments.
• Videographer: Record key moments such as ceremonies, competitions, interviews, and other happenings.
• Must be able to use your own equipment to livestream the event via Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in corporate photography and videography.
• Proven ability to shoot live action, interviews, and event coverage.
• Must have your own video equipment and necessary cords to connect to PCs.
• Must be comfortable filming and photographing trucks and drivers.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
