Photo Studio Producer (Onsite)

Location: On-site in Eden Prairie

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Start Date: As soon as September 2

Duration: Through the end of the year

Type: Freelance 40 hours/week

Client: Leader in creative production and personalized products

Environment: Fast-paced, execution-heavy studio setting during peak season

This is a hands-on role for a seasoned in-studio photo producer who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys managing the details that keep production running smoothly. You MUST have experience working in a photo studio.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and manage production decks, product matrices, and timelines
• Partner with Art Directors to plan and execute studio photoshoots
• Book talent and coordinate with stylists, photographers, and operations
• Serve as line producer-overseeing shoot logistics, product delivery, and daily execution
• Act as liaison between Art Directors and post-production teams for seamless handoffs
• Manage shoot setup, day breaks, and stylist alignment for each shot
• Maintain production timelines and uphold studio standards
• Edit and organize production notes and files in Figma (e.g., text box edits, PDF conversion, printing)

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as an in-studio photo producer is required
• Skilled in scheduling and coordinating studio shoots
• Familiarity with production decks and visual documentation
• Reliable transportation to Eden Prairie (car required)
