Do you enjoy organizing information, supporting teams, and making sure messages are clear and consistent? We’re looking for a Communication Assistant to join our New York office. This full-time, on-site role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to build a career in communications and organizational support.
Please note: This is a strictly on-site position in New York City. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
What You’ll Do
As a Communication Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our brand voice, messaging, and content are consistent, engaging, and effective across all channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Development – Drafting and editing internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, presentations, and social media posts.
- Event Communication Support – Assisting with the coordination of communication materials for events, including invitations, agendas, and post-event recaps.
- Brand Messaging – Ensuring consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across campaigns and communications.
- Project Coordination – Supporting communication campaigns, tracking progress, gathering insights, and preparing reports.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Working closely with marketing, events, and leadership teams to align messaging and support strategic initiatives.
- On-Site Support – Assisting with live events and company functions to ensure messaging and materials are delivered seamlessly.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. We’re looking for:
- A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Exceptional organization and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in communications, PR, marketing, or events is an asset.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
