Location: Warsaw or other locations within Poland, Hybrid on-site with client About the Team The Creative Production Team is a community which delivers all of our clients' creative production requirements to the highest standards, formed by a multicultural team of creative production experts delivering marketing assets across Europe (EMEA). Purpose of the role Vision : The Senior Creative Artworker oversees and produces the deliverables of Creative Production projects to ensure high client satisfaction. Mission : To deliver the Creative Production services of Indicia Worldwide, providing excellent service and quality tailored to client needs. The Senior Creative Artworker will be responsible for brand guardianship, design application, project management, and production of marketing campaigns and retailer communications for a major global brand, including tasks from straightforward design to artwork origination, amendments, adaptation, and versioning of existing signed-off designs. Other functions include mentoring and guiding local stakeholders and junior team members to ensure output quality and brand consistency. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing, creating, preparing, and editing print-ready artwork across various media including print collateral, press ads, POS, advertising displays, digital and social media assets. Allocating projects to team members, maintaining workload balance. Ensuring integrity of original concepts and adherence to brand guidelines. Producing image retouching and applying color management principles. Using experience to resolve design, artwork, and production challenges. Completing administrative tasks like timesheets accurately. Understanding and applying quality control processes. Managing projects to ensure timely, within-budget delivery of high-quality outputs. Skills, knowledge, experience, and exposure Extensive experience as a design and production-focused artworker, mainly with print items. Experience in applying design concepts across media and formats. Agency and trade marketing experience preferred. Experience dealing directly with clients. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, high-level pre-press knowledge, and skills in 3D rendering, video editing, and motion graphics. Familiarity with marketing technology systems like DAM, ad platforms, approval tools. Strong typographical, layout, and proofing skills, with a good understanding of print materials and color management. Ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and organize workload effectively. Strong communication skills, service orientation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Native Polish and high-medium English language skills.
