Why Box Needs You

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in executing and optimizing demand generation campaigns that fuel our revenue engine. You will partner closely with marketing, sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure flawless campaign execution, data integrity, and impactful reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging AI-enabled technology and data-driven insights to drive business results and enhance campaign effectiveness.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, events, in-app, etc.) using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and Iterable and user experience platforms such as Pendo.
  • Develop, manage, and communicate detailed campaign production calendars ensuring alignment across stakeholders and systems.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Marketing, and other Go-To-Market teams to align campaign goals, lead follow-up processes, and tagging/tracking requirements.
  • Build and maintain scalable, repeatable campaign processes and documentation to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Execute advanced audience segmentation strategies using a CDP and platform tools to maximize engagement and conversion, incorporating AI-driven predictive analytics and machine learning models to identify high-value prospects and optimize targeting.
  • Conduct A/B testing on emails, landing pages, forms, and other assets to optimize performance, leveraging AI-powered experimentation tools where applicable.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, utilizing AI-based analytics platforms to uncover trends and forecast outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, ECPA, CCPA.
  • Partner with data governance teams to maintain data hygiene and accuracy within marketing systems.
  • Support resource planning and prioritization to manage high volumes of campaign requests effectively.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, including training on AI tools and technologies relevant to marketing operations.

Who You Are:

Motivated individual who enjoys solving business challenges. Expert-level proficiency with Marketo, Iterable, Salesforce, and Tableau; experience with Pendo is a plus. Strong technical skills including CDP querying, hands-on HTML/CSS, and data analysis. Proficient with database tasks such as data quality control.
