The Manager, Loyalty Marketing Campaigns (Offers) supports our portfolio of brands within the Center of Excellence by managing execution of loyalty offers within our loyalty platform (Punchh). This person will be familiar with executing loyalty campaigns (building, testing and deploying), testing methodologies, and have a strong understanding of industry best practices for the purpose of continuance optimization. The role will sit within the newly organized Campaign Operations team and support all market campaigns, test & learn experiments (content and offers) as well as automation and journeys to support demand generation for our GoTo Food portfolio of brands. Theyll need to have a high attention to detail and comfortable exhaustively testing offer scenarios at POS ahead of deployment, as well as an insatiable curiosity around spurring loyalty growth through digital communications.

Essential Functions

  • Building and testing loyalty offers, coupons, and campaign configurations within Punchh (including audience targeting, rules logic, expiration, etc.)
  • Exhaustive pre-deployment testing of loyalty offers and coupons; troubleshoot offer-related issues as needed in partnership with IT counterparts
  • Enable and maintain automated journeys in marketing automation and loyalty platforms
  • Partner with Customer Engagement and Lifecycle team to deliver integrated customer marketing plans
  • Manage the approval workflow of all digital communications across our portfolio of brands. Must be comfortable providing critical evaluation and pushing back when necessary.
  • Clearly communicate with stakeholders on requirements, status, and timing.
  • Follow best practices including A/B testing, personalization, segmentation, marketing automation, etc.
  • Familiarity with data science and/or statistical significance methodologies preferred.
  • Collaborating with IT and Martech partners and vendors to identify and execute channel optimization

Education

  • Bachelors degree highly preferred

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in loyalty marketing, digital campaign execution, marketing operations, etc.
  • Experiencing working with business, technology, and data teams

Skills

  • Process Management: Strong capability in developing, overseeing, and refining operational processes to optimize team performance.
  • Analytical Thinking: Basic knowledge of analytics to review, interpret, and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communicator, both in written and verbal formats, able to clearly convey updates, insights, and recommendations to various stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Experience in coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring that milestones are met within specified timelines.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, understand their requirements, and incorporate feedback into workflow and process strategies.
  • Problem-solving: Aptitude to address and solve workflow inefficiencies, technical issues, and other challenges proactively.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and navigate in a dynamic work environment.
  • Platform Familiarity: Prefer previous experience in loyalty platforms such as Punchh, Epsilon, Paytronix, etc. and fundamental understanding of configuring and testing offers within a loyalty platform
  • Resourceful, can do attitude
